We all knew that this was coming. And now it has.
At 11:30 this morning, Senators Barbara Boxer and John Kerry introduced the U.S. Senate's version of the National Energy Tax with Obama's incouragement.
This is the biggest news on the National Energy Tax since Speaker Pelosi was able to ram her version through the U.S. House in June. Senate has not acted on Cap & Trade, so-oo Kerry and Boxer are doing a separate bill with the Obama blessing.
