Are we going to see a Tier V with additional benefits or is Congress just going to continue to play paddycake by adding temporary extensions 30 (thirty) days at a time? The jobless numbers continue to rise with no apparent end in sight--yet the time not to mention the money that was spent on this convulted health care bill could easily been redirected to those now known as the 99'ers.
