O'bama's Speech in Norway One poor mans opinion
Posted On 12/10/2009 07:34:27 by mas1az

Though I hate his politics, I have to give the man a thumbs up for his speech at Norway for his peace prize.  He stood up for America loud and clear and stated his case to the world.  I still don't trust the man, but must give the man his due when it fits.  This was the best speech I've heard him speak since taking office.

No matter what ones dislikes, are about O'bama, truth is truth no matter how it's said.  Would like other opinions please.

It's too bad that every time Obama gives a speech, we have to be impressed if he dosn't slam the U.S. Give the man a medal for trying to act like a leader!  He is on the TV almost dailey, if not live then constant replays of his speeches, and in 75% of them he has in some way made a negative comment about or apologized for the US in some way.  Too little too late I say.  He never should have accepted the prize in the first place because he has done nothing to earn it other than to apologize to the rest of the world for what he percieves to be our Countries shortcomings.  So where is the big change?  He is doing what Bush did by trying a surge, only in Afgahnistan.  He wouldn't send the troops when they were asked for, he had to contemplate, and show what a difficult decision it was yada yada yada.  The American people deserve a leader who is confident, competent in making decisions in a timely manner whether difficult or not.   We have had  troops in danger on the ground for how long now, and he has not givin them what they need to do their job.  He was going to end the wars, well he hasen't, and he hasen't been fighting one either!  Only jepordizing our troops by his indecision.  Anyone who believes this man deserves a Peace Prize is truley insane.  Oh, and the correct way to celebrate Christmas at the white house is to have a tree and lots of parties and celebration, but not to give thanks to God for anything or mention him at any ceremony, least we offend anyone...  Yep, a Godless Christmas, how cool is that?

I agree whole heartedly with your views Frank. I'm still tongue in cheek about pumping up the troop levels in Afghanistan. Word has it that the Afghan's that we are training can't read, use a compass and a bunch of other simple but technical requirements necessary for completing the task in shutting down the terrorist. The government there is corrupt just like the one we helped install in Iraq.We still need to have Obama's birth certificate issue brought out in to the light of day.I'm sure that his words rang all the way into the hills and valleys of Afghanistan and Pakistan. The terrorist are a hit and run type much like the Vietcong were. You cannot fight these type of tactics. Once our troop levels go up they will disappear like the cockroaches that they are. The other issue I have is that the various mid- eastern nations that are Islamic are subjugated to Islamic law first and foremost.....it is impossible for them to have a democracy....particularly one like our's that is Christian based...it's water and oil....it just doesn't work. It would be like an occupying Islamic country trying to install Islamic law in our Christian country.Obama's peace prize is being promoted by the N.W.O.....they are his sponsor.... he was groomed by the Kissinger cartel.... a sub group of the C.F.R., Tri-lateral Commission, Bilderberg group. The N.W.O. controls the nations of Europe via the E.U. I find it hard to accept that Obama's getting a Nobel Peace Prize considering that the war in the Mid-east goes on and we are about to escalate our troop levels in Afghanistan....this isn't peace. If we are about to do this we need to do it with everything we have at our disposal....a one time hit and then get our troops out of there! Some of our boots on the ground are serving their fourth and fifth tours of duty in the mid-east. Our government had promised the one's who have served multiple tours over there at least 2 years away from the war....they reneged on their promise. Afghanistan/Pakistan will be Obama's Iraq/Vietnam. Our nation will  grow weary of the war, our coffers are running dry and we have a laundry list of problems that are ailing our nation and those problems are dividing us.Obama's ratings have dropped dramatically and will further decline in the year(s) to come....particularly if the war gets protracted. Our people will continue to support the troops....not to do so would be un-American.When I hear or see Obama I get the feeling that he is not a true man of GOD and GOD only knows how hard it is to find a true man of GOD these days. The lack of GOD"S spirit in the men and women who run OUR government and those governments around the world will be the downfall of mankind. Their lack of morals by not abiding by GODS blueprint for his children will allow the evil one to tighten his grip on the souls of those who are not of the light and of the truth. GOD bless you, your family, our nation and those who are serving in our armed forces.
