Got this article today by email because this case is now going to the appeals court it has been brought back into the light. A youth minister about two years ago was arrested in a Galleria mall in Roseville, California. It seems that a clerk overheard this young man talking to strangers about his faith and called security guards who arrested him with strong-armed methods. In 2008 Superior court upheld mall's policy even though they singled out religious speech. Now in will move to an appeals court.
WE NEED TO FIND OUT WHICH MALLS OR PROPERTIES THE WESTFIELD GROUP OWNS AND GET EVERYONE IN OUR TEAPARTY FAMILY TO BOYCOTT THEM.
